For the neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and deeply thoughtful. A space to explore who you are in relationship—at your own pace.

You long for connection—but it often feels like too much, too fast, or too hard to trust.
You want relationships that feel mutual, energizing, and real. But instead, you find yourself navigating interactions with caution, overthinking, or retreating into solitude—sometimes numb, sometimes on edge.

You’re not broken.
You’re just wired deeply.
And you may have never had a space safe enough to explore you—in relationship.

The Haven is that space.

The Haven is a weekly interpersonal process group for neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and deep-thinking adults who are ready to gently explore how they show up in relationships—without judgment, without needing to mask, and without rushing themselves.

This is not a support group.
This is not a skills class.

It’s a living, breathing therapy space where your experience in the group—how you respond, when you withdraw, when you speak up, what gets stirred in you—is the therapy.

We bring our relational patterns into the room… and we tend to them, together.

This group might be right for you if:

  • You often feel like “too much” or “not enough” in relationships

  • You crave connection, but also dread social energy and feel overstimulated by it

  • You’re highly self-aware but struggle to shift long-standing patterns around closeness, conflict, or boundaries

  • You want to be seen—but you also feel scared, awkward, or ashamed when you are

  • You’ve done a lot of individual therapy, but relational wounds still feel alive

  • You long for authentic feedback, resonance, and slow-paced emotional intimacy

  • You want to know what it’s like to be in a room where you don’t have to perform
